Refund policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Cosmelio. For shipping scope and delivery rules, please see our Shipping Policy.
1) Return window & eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with all security seals intact.
Please do not send items back without authorization , start your return to obtain our prepaid label first.
We don’t offer exchanges. Please return and reorder.
2) Initiating a Return (Free Prepaid Label)
Important: To qualify for free return shipping, please use our prepaid return label.
Returns sent without our label are not eligible for free return service and will not be accepted.

If you created an account at checkout: Visit account.cosmelio.com , open your order, and select “Start a return” to generate your prepaid return label.

Guest checkout / email preference: Email your order number to support@cosmelio.com and we’ll send you your prepaid return label.
Return addresses are listed in Section 11.
3) Packing and Shipping Your Return
For Returns from the United States:

Pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include all components and accessories.

Attach the prepaid return label and drop the package off at USPS.

Keep your drop-off receipt or tracking number for your records.

Use one prepaid label per order. If you wish to consolidate multiple orders into one box, please email us first.
Unauthorized consolidations may delay processing.
For Returns from Turkey:

Pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include all components and accessories.

Attach the prepaid return label and drop the package off at Yurtiçi Kargo.

Keep your drop-off receipt or tracking number for your records.

Use one prepaid label per order. If you wish to consolidate multiple orders into one box, please email us first.
Unauthorized consolidations may delay processing.
4) Refund method & timing
After your return arrives at our warehouse:
• Inspection: within 3 business days.
• Refund initiation: within 2 business days after approval.
It will take a maximum of 5 business days.
We’ll email you when processed. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit.
No restocking fees.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (we do not use store credit or gift cards).
5) Are Original Shipping Fees Refundable?

Full order return (for any reason): A full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid, will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping is free when using our label.

Partial returns: If you return only part of your order, the original shipping fee is not refunded.
6) When returns are not accepted
Returns are ineligible in the following situations:
• Outside the 30-day window from delivery.
• Opened/used items or products with broken seals/compromised packaging, unless a defect/abnormality is discovered after opening and our team approves the return in advance (requires photos; report within 14 days of delivery).
• Items returned without authorization (e.g., shipped back without our prepaid label or prior approval).
• Items not in original condition (missing components, tampered packaging).
• Returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packing.
If a return is ineligible: we’ll notify you by email and return the items to you at no charge. No refund is issued.
7) Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email support@cosmelio.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number, and
• 3 photos from different angles showing the issue.
We will resolve this promptly in line with this policy—reshipment or a full refund (including any original outbound shipping fee, if paid).
8) Lost, delayed, or “delivered” but not received
If tracking is stalled or delivery is overdue, email your order number to support@cosmelio.com and we’ll contact the carrier.
If the carrier cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will arrange a refund or reshipment.
If the carrier can substantiate delivery, the order is considered delivered and a refund is not issued.
9) Order changes, address corrections & undeliverable parcels
Before shipment , we can correct your address and proceed.
After shipment, we will request an intercept/recall to our warehouse, cancel the order, and refund according to this policy—no extra charge to you.
Parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses follow the same intercept/recall → cancel → refund flow.
10) Communication
You’ll receive emails for order confirmation, tracking, return received, and refund processed. If anything looks off, contact support@cosmelio.com
