Shipping policy

1) Where we ship

United States: We currently ship within the  United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
Türkiye: We ship nationwide within the service area of our domestic carrier.
Shipping origin: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Düzce, Türkiye.

Duties & taxes (DDP): We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); under normal circumstances, no additional duties or taxes are requested at delivery. If you encounter any exception, please contact our support team.

 

2) Carrier

U.S. shipments:  FedEx International Priority

Türkiye shipments: Yurtiçi Kargo.

In rare cases we may split an order into multiple parcels; if that happens, we will provide separate tracking numbers.

 

3) Shipping rates

United States :
- Orders 75 USD and over: Free shipping 
- Orders under 75 USD: 3.90 USD flat rate

Türkiye : 
- 1,000 TL and over: Free shipping 
- Under 1,000 TL: 50 TL
 

All prices and charges are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (USD for U.S. orders; TRY for Türkiye orders).

 

4) Processing time & cut-off

U.S. shipments : Processing (handling) time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday; U.S. federal holidays excluded). Daily cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) are processed on the next business day.

Türkiye shipments :Handling time: 0–1 business day. Daily cut-off: 6:00 PM (GMT+3).
 

 

5) Delivery estimates

U.S. shipments 
- Typical transit time: 3–5 business days 
- Typical delivery window: 3–6 business days

Türkiye shipments 
- Average transit time: 1–3 business days 
- Average delivery window: 1–4 business days

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.

 

6) Tracking

We email your tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier ( FedEx for U.S.; Yurtiçi Kargo for Türkiye ). You can follow progress end-to-end on the carrier’s website.

 

7) Signature on delivery

Not required by default. If you prefer signature confirmation, contact us after placing your order (email or phone) and we will add it at no extra cost.

 

8) Address corrections & undeliverable parcels

Before shipment: If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will correct the address and proceed.

After shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will request an intercept/recall to our facility, cancel the order, and refund according to our Refund Policy. No extra fee is charged to you.

Parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses follow the same intercept/recall → cancel → refund flow per our Refund Policy.

 

9) Delays, stalled tracking, or lost packages

If your tracking appears stalled or your delivery is overdue, email your order number to support@cosmelio.com . We will contact the carrier and open an investigation.

If the carrier cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will arrange a refund or reshipment in line with our Refund Policy. If the carrier can substantiate delivery to your address, the order is considered delivered and a refund is not issued.

 

10) What we ship (no hazmat items)

We do not sell hazardous or restricted items (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based perfumes, nail polish). No special ground-only restrictions apply at this time.

 

11) Returns, refunds & original shipping fees (summary)

We offer free return shipping via a prepaid return label. Please request our label before sending your return. Returns sent without our label are not eligible for free return service and may take longer to process. Full order returns (any reason): The full order amount, including any original shipping fee you paid, will be refunded to your original payment method.

Partial returns: If you return only part of your order, the shipping fee you paid will not be refunded.

Orders that qualified for free shipping: If you return part of the order, no retroactive shipping fee will be charged.

 

12) Order changes & cancellations

Before shipment (prior to daily cut-off on business days): Contact us to update details or cancel. After shipment: We will request an intercept/recall and cancel/refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, with no extra charge to you.

 

13) Business days & holidays

Timelines apply to business days (Monday–Friday). U.S. shipments exclude U.S. federal holidays .
